I am a supply chain and procurement professional with over seven years of experience across FMCG and FMCD sectors, spanning procurement, logistics, customer service, demand planning, S&OP, forecasting, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement. I hold an MBA (PGDIM) from IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE), a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, and am CPIM certified by APICS. My professional approach combines strong analytical thinking with on-ground execution and stakeholder alignment.

I currently work at Marico Limited as a Procurement Manager – Edible Oils, where I manage a spend of over INR 1,200 Cr across across the Saffola edible oils portfolio. My role includes commodity price forecasting, supplier relationship management, sustainability initiatives, and end-to-end P2P governance. I focus on driving cost efficiencies while protecting service levels and long-term supplier partnerships, with a consistent track record of delivering measurable savings and zero non-compliance.

Earlier at Marico, I served as Division Supply Chain Manager for South and North India, managing large logistics networks, multi-crore budgets, RFQs, and teams across depots and CFAs. In these roles, I led service-level improvements, cost optimization programs, and technology deployments across TMS and WMS platforms. Before Marico, I worked at AkzoNobel India in demand planning and operations roles, where I managed a INR 1,600 Cr portfolio, led IBP forums, rolled out statistical forecasting tools, and delivered analytics-driven performance improvements. I began my career at TCS, where I worked on UX design, which strengthened my systems thinking and user-centric approach.

On a personal note, I am married to my wife, Harshita, a Senior Manager at Tiger Analytics working in organizational strategy. I love running and believe physical discipline is central to mental clarity and performance. I am deeply curious about technology and enjoy learning through knowledge-driven content. I also share my life with two dogs and often unwind by taking them on long walks—my favorite way to disconnect and reset.
